Making AI Part of Everyday Healthcare
At iAPPS Health Group, our approach to AI goes beyond introducing individual digital tools. Through 1docAI, we are building an integrated platform that brings AI into everyday healthcare workflows, connecting clinical care, patient engagement, pharmacy and enterprise operations.
The platform incorporates AI-assisted clinical decision support, patient health management, behavioural coaching, pharmacy automation and operational intelligence.
Across AI-enabled clinics, 1docAI has helped doctors manage up to four times more patients, supported by streamlined documentation, AI-assisted workflows and improved care coordination.
Beyond clinical workflows, the platform supports administrative functions such as inventory management, claims processing and financial reconciliation, helping healthcare teams reduce repetitive tasks and focus on higher-value responsibilities.
Throughout these processes, qualified healthcare professionals retain final clinical authority, with AI serving as a tool to support, rather than replace, clinical judgement.
A Recognition of Our Team and Vision
Reflecting on the achievement, Ms Lilian Koh, Founder and Group CEO of iAPPS Health Group, said:
"Winning the SME Innovation Excellence Award is an important milestone for our team and a recognition of the years we have invested in building 1docAI.
For us, AI innovation is not simply about introducing new technology. It is about solving real healthcare challenges — helping doctors care for more patients, reducing the administrative burden on healthcare teams, and creating a more sustainable model of care.
This award reinforces our belief that AI-native healthcare infrastructure can play a meaningful role in making preventive care more accessible and supporting healthier, longer lives."
The recognition reflects the collective efforts of our clinical, technology and operations teams, whose collaboration continues to shape how 1docAI is developed and deployed.
Building Towards Healthier, Longer Lives
Since beginning our AI development journey in 2021, we have progressively expanded 1docAI from digital health records and patient engagement into a broader platform incorporating clinical reasoning, behavioural intelligence, pharmacy automation and enterprise operations.
Our long-term vision is to establish AI-native infrastructure for primary care, preventive medicine and healthy longevity — supporting a shift from reactive treatment towards more proactive, personalised and continuous healthcare.
This award represents another milestone in that journey, reinforcing our commitment to developing practical AI solutions that address real challenges in healthcare delivery.
We extend our appreciation to IMDA and SBF for this recognition, and to our teams, healthcare professionals and partners who continue to support our vision.
