It is designed to help you make the right choices before health issues develop, not after.

BioAge is your biological age as estimated from your biomarker data — including NMR lipid fractionation, metabolic markers, and inflammatory signals — rather than your chronological age. It reflects how well your body is actually ageing. A BioAge lower than your chronological age indicates healthy ageing; a higher BioAge signals areas for intervention. The Longevity Monitor tracks your BioAge trend over time so you can see whether your habits are moving it in the right direction.

The homunculus body map visualisation maps your lab results to the specific organs they relate to — brain, heart, liver, kidneys, lungs, stomach, and others. Each organ is colour-coded by risk level (no data, low risk, moderate risk, high risk), giving you an immediate visual sense of how each body system is functioning based on your most recent health reports.

Access is governed by Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Your 1doc family physician, assigned health coach, and authorised clinical staff can access relevant data. All data access is logged and auditable. You can access your own health profile and Digital Twin through the 1doc app and share it with your family doctors.

Yes. The Digital Twin is built on the Evidence Graph, which is integrated with Singapore's National Electronic Health Record (NEHR) and certified by the Ministry of Health. This bidirectional integration means your 1doc health data enriches the national health record, and national health data enriches your twin.
