Dr Lam Pin Min
Dr Lam Pin Min is one of Singapore's most respected voices in healthcare policy and public health. A former Senior Minister of State in the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Transport, Dr Lam brings rare depth to the intersection of clinical medicine, public service, and healthcare governance.
Trained as a paediatric ophthalmologist with additional expertise in aviation medicine, Dr Lam's medical career spanned significant roles in the Singapore Armed Forces before his transition into public service.
As Chairman of 1docAI, Dr Lam provides strategic guidance on clinical governance, regulatory relationships, and the company's long-term mission to transform community healthcare in Singapore and beyond.

Lilian Koh
Lilian Koh is a Singapore-based technology entrepreneur with over 30 years of experience building and scaling technology businesses across Southeast Asia. She founded NIS Group and iCommerce, an early e-commerce pioneer which was acquired by Sterling Commerce, a subsidiary of NYSE-listed SBC Communications. She subsequently built and operated ActiveSG, Singapore's national sport and wellness platform, powering over 2.7 million users — one of the largest civic technology deployments in Singapore's history.
Lilian was recognised as a recipient of the Great Women of Our Time award, an honour that celebrates Singapore women who have made exceptional contributions to their fields. She brings to 1docAI a rare combination of enterprise technology depth, large-scale platform operations, and the founder's conviction that comes from having built, scaled, and exited businesses across multiple technology cycles.
At 1docAI, she leads the company's growth strategy, operational execution, and the buildout of Singapore's first AI-native community hospital infrastructure.

Dr Eugene Loke
Dr Eugene Loke is a Singapore-accredited Family Physician and graduate of the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore (NUS). He remains actively engaged in clinical practice, providing frontline primary care while contributing to the development of healthcare innovation and medical education.
In addition to his clinical work, Dr Loke serves as a Clinical Educator with NUS Medicine, supporting Family Medicine teaching, professional development programmes, and the Centre for Healthcare Simulation. His educational roles reflect a longstanding commitment to training the next generation of healthcare professionals and advancing standards of patient care.
Dr Loke’s involvement in healthcare technology began in 1993 while he was still a medical student at NUS. Over the subsequent decades, he participated in the design and implementation of clinical information systems and healthcare technology solutions for major institutions including Singapore General Hospital, National University Hospital, the National Skin Centre, and the Health Promotion Board, as well as healthcare organisations in Malaysia and Thailand. He later joined a medical technology company full-time for five years, contributing to its growth and eventual public listing on the Malaysian stock exchange.
Today, Dr Loke helps drive the development and implementation of AI-enabled clinical decision support systems within 1doc. He advocates a human-in-the-loop approach to artificial intelligence, ensuring that innovation is guided by strong clinical governance, patient safety, and responsible deployment. His focus is on leveraging AI to enhance healthcare productivity, support clinical decision-making, and improve patient outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of care.

Sam Koh
Sam Koh brings 24 years of enterprise technology leadership to 1docAI, with expertise spanning infrastructure, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, compliance, and systems integration.
Prior to 1docAI, Sam served as Global IT Application Deputy Director at GlobalFoundries, managing global technology operations and large-scale enterprise infrastructure.
At 1docAI, he leads technical teams across multiple regions and oversees the scaling of the CIS and EMDM robot pharmacy ecosystem.
